I had never used a danish wisk before so I was excited to give one a try. The wire on a danish wisk is much thicker and has a lot less flexibility than a regular wisk. I found that cake mixes were easier and less tiresome on your arm’s than a mixing spoon too. I recommend cleaning right away.
